Directorate of Personnel Affairs started ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certification process on July 07, 2011 and was certificated on June 13, 2012.
The certification covers Personnel Affairs, Accruement, Personnel Appointment Services and Training Activities of University Staff.
With the Quality Management System, it is aimed to provide the University Staff with a continuous improvement system with regard to the services delivered by The Directorate of Personnel Affairs, and hence ensure the greatest user satisfaction.
