Dear ODTÜ community,
ODTÜ ranked 7th among the “Most Successful 15 Design Schools” of America and Europe according to the Red Dot Design Ranking 2014.
The ranking is based on the Red Dot Awards won by student projects in “Conceptual Design” category in the last 5 years. This year USA , Germany, England, France, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey have 6, 3, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 education institutions in the list, respectively. The Red Dot Design Awards are given since 1955 by Design Zentrum Nordhein Wesfalen in Essen, Germany.
We congratulate and thank our academic staff and units, especially the Industrial Design Department, for granting our university the Red Dot Design Award.
