Middle East Technical University will accept applications as part of the Middle East Technical University 100/2000 YÖK PhD Scholarships. Applications can be submitted by the students who wish to apply for a PhD in the following areas in the Coordination Office of Graduate Schools or who are enrolled in PhD programs of the relevant Graduate School.
Full dormitory scholarship will be provided to 50 scholarship holders who come out of Ankara.

To apply for the 100/2000 HEC PhD Scholarship Program, students are required:
a. To be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
b. To have graduate degree for the PhD program. To have an undergraduate degree for an integrated PhD program.
c. To meet the application and admission requirements determined by the METU Rules and Regulations Governing Graduate Studies and the department to be applied.
d. Not currently working in any workplace (Public, Private and other).
e. If the PhD education still continues at a state higher education institution, not to be in the dissertation stage phase (not giving a thesis proposal after Proficiency Exam).
