Dear Staff Members and Students,
As snowfall is expected to continue until the evening hours, all classes and exams are postponed today (29 February 2012, Wednesday).
The personnel bus service to the city is moved to 16:00 today.
However, unless announced otherwise, all classes, exams and work hours on 1 March 2012 Thursday will resume the usual schedule.
The Campus roads are and will be kept open to vehicle traffic. Moreover, the University teams are working hard to keep the Alle, sidewalks, and parking lots accessible. Our academic and administrative units are expected to clean the walkways to the Alle, sidewalks, and parking lots with the help of the related personnel assigned to their buildings. The snow ploughing equipment requests of our academic and administrative units should be referred to Ext. 2714.
Colder weather and freezing temperatures are forecast for this evening and tomorrow. We recommend our staff and students to use public transport rather than their cars, whenever possible. The Campus shuttle services (ring service) will operate today and tomorrow with increased frequency.
