2014 is being 25th anniversary of the foundation of the Biotechnology Department, an event will be held in B Hall of the Culture and Convention Center in 14 November 2014. The aim is to exhibit the contribution of the ODTÜ Biotechnology Department to national and international biotechnology studies since its establishment, to provide guidance that will help acceleration of future studies and to carry the position of our Department to forward in this field, while celebrating the 25th Anniversary of our Department with the participation of ODTÜ Biotechnology Department members, students and alumni. A booklet has also been prepared that summarizes the studies that have been and are currently being carried out in different subfields of biotechnology at ODTÜ.
In the event, three panels will take place which will include speeches by representatives of our Biotechnology Department members, OYP graduates and other alumni all contributed to the program. Also, our students will attend the event with posters representing their thesis studies. The event program is as follows.
