The Directorate of Library and Documentation started ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certification process on July 07th, 2011 and was certificated on April 11th, 2012.
The certification covers the identification of users’ information needs, selection of resources, acquisition, cataloging, classification, user services, reference services, and national and international collaboration activities.
With the Quality Management System, it is aimed to provide the highest level of staff and user satisfaction of all products and services.
