ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
- Do not allow persons who are/are not ODTÜ members-students-alumni to enter Campus in your vehicle without identity control at the entrance gates.
- Please be reminded that you are not supposed to let anyone else drive a vehicle registered in your name.
- If possible, do not invite guests on the Fest days (May 7-10); unless mandatory, do not organize meetings which guests will attend.
- Since vehicles of guests will enter/exit Campus via Gates A-1 and A-7, inform your guests who will drive to Campus about the situation in advance.
- Notify the officials at Gates A-1, A-4 and A-7 of your guests in advance so that they will not encounter any delays or problems. Guests may enter Campus in their own vehicles, via public transportation or on foot at Gates A-1 and A-7; they may enter Camus at Gate A-4 only via public transportation or on foot.

- A-7 Entrance Gate: For pedestrian visitors/visitors driving to Campus or coming via public transport: phone - 2757
- It is of utmost importance that your guests be vigilant in abiding by the campus rules during the Festival.
- If possible, do not make use of Gate A-4 in entries to/exits from Campus and do not park your vehicle in car parks in the festival area.
- You are kindly requested to cooperate with the staff who are directing the traffic at the gates and within Campus.
