ALUMNI
- Alumni who arrive via public transport or on foot may enter Campus upon identity control.
- Vehicles with Alumni Vehicle stickers will enter campus only if the owner of the sticker is in the vehicle. Please be reminded that you are not supposed to let anyone else drive a vehicle registered in your name.
- Do not allow persons who are/are not ODTÜ members-students-alumni to enter Campus in your vehicle without identity control at the entrance gates.
- Alumni who do not have a sticker may enter Campus as of 19:00 hrs at Gates A-1 and A-7 by obtaining a daily guest card.
- We specifically request that our alumni not bring guests until 19.00 hrs on the Fest days. Alumni who wish to bring guests after 19:00 hrs may invite one guest, together with whom they will enter Campus. The guest may enter Campus with our alumni upon identity control.
- It is of utmost importance that the guests you will bring to Campus be vigilant in abiding by the campus rules during the Fest.
- Entries and exits at the A-4 gate: Arrangements regarding vehicle traffic in and around the festival area have been made for the festival period. Accordingly, vehicles with Alumni Vehicle stickers cannot enter Campus from the A-4 gate on May 7-8-9, Wednesday-Thursday-Friday, and May 10, Saturday between 10:00-24:00 hrs. Similarly, their exit will not be possible from the A-4 gate between 08:00-23:00 hrs. on May 7-8-9-10.
- Car Parks: According to the arrangements made regarding the use of the car parks in the festival area, vehicles with Alumni Vehicle stickers will not be allowed to park in the following car parks: the Dormitories, the Old Housing, around the Tennis Courts, the shopping area pull-offs, the CCC, the Library, The Computer Center, Computer Engineering, Engineering Central Building, Civil Engineering – Coastal and Harbor, the Mosque, Environmental Engineering, K-2, Chemical Engineering.
- Our alumni may park their cars at the car parks to the west of the Alley (in the direction of Gate A-7). For this purpose, additional parking lots will be designated in the Gate A-2 area. In addition, after 18:00 hrs, the car parks of Technopolis and the Foundation School will be available for our guests to park their vehicles. - Vehicles bearing Alumni Vehicle stickers are to leave these car parks and Campus by 24:00 hrs.
